- Strict No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be granted under any circumstances.
Refund requests due to dissatisfaction, misuse, third-party actions, or personal reasons will be denied.
- Proof of Purchase Requirement
Customers must record a full, unedited video while purchasing and activating the product.
If a customer claims an issue but does not have video evidence, no claims will be accepted.
Screenshots, written claims, or verbal statements are not valid proof.
- Unauthorized Purchases
We are not responsible for purchases made by minors, unauthorized users, or third parties.
Parents/guardians are solely responsible for monitoring their child’s online activity.
- Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
Any attempt to issue a chargeback or fraudulent claim will result in a permanent account ban and possible legal action.
We report fraudulent transactions to relevant authorities and payment processors.
All payments are securely processed via Stripe, and any payment-related issues must be resolved directly with Stripe or your bank.
